Pathways: Drones (Cohort)
Drones Pathways Cohort is a 6-month, curriculum-based program designed for students ages 8-12 who are ready to move beyond introductory drone flight. This cohort requires a monthly commitment; while allowing students to build skills progressively while maintaining flexibility for families.
Participants deepen their understanding of flight control, precision, and real-world flight challenges while following a structured curriculum that begins with block-based coding and intentionally progresses toward Python programming. Along the way, students develop problem-solving skills, confidence, and a strong foundation in aviation and drone technology—preparing them for advanced pathways and future STEM opportunities. Max 8 students. Meets every 2nd and 4th Saturday. Pre-requisite: Drones Discovery.

After-school Enrichment
Afterschool STEM Enrichment at BrainyBuilders is a hands-on, project-based program that meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30–6:30PM. Students ages 8-11 explore a wide range of engaging STEM topics—including Environmental Science, Paleontology, Rube Goldberg challenges, weather, genetics, and much more—through creative builds, experiments, and problem-solving activities. Designed to spark curiosity and deepen understanding, this program encourages collaboration, critical thinking, and real-world connections in a fun and supportive afterschool environment.

Engineering: BrainyBots

BrainyBots Engineering is a hands-on STEM class designed for curious young builders and problem-solvers! Students ages 5-7 will explore core engineering concepts through fun, age-appropriate challenges using everyday materials, LEGO®-style builds, and creative design tasks. As they plan, build, test, and improve their creations, learners strengthen critical thinking, teamwork, and perseverance—while discovering how engineers turn ideas into real-world solutions.
Discovery: Drones

Drones Discovery is an introductory STEM class designed for students ages 8-11 who are curious about drones and how they work. Learners will explore drone basics, including parts, safety, flight controls, and common drone language (pitch, yaw, throttle). Through guided, hands-on activities and simple flight challenges, students build confidence, coordination, and foundational aviation knowledge—setting the stage for future drone Pathways Cohort and coding experiences.
Discovery: Robotics

Robotics Discovery is an engaging introductory STEM class for students ages 8-11 who are curious about how robots work.
